"Shipping took forever and support made it worse"
My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and when I reached out to support, it felt like they were blaming me for the delay instead of helping. I get that shipping issues happen, but the whole experience was frustrating.

"Relieved these practice questions were actually helpful"
I was a little unsure before trying them, but I’m relieved to say the practice questions are solid overall. They helped me get a better feel for what to expect. A few of the explanations felt a bit too short, so I wish those had a little more detail, but overall it was a good experience.

"Progress tracking has been really frustrating"
I’ve been using Becker mostly at night after work, usually with coffee I probably shouldn’t be drinking that late, and the progress tracking has been driving me nuts. I’ll finish a section or knock out a quiz, and then it still shows some random percent or acts like I didn’t complete it at all.
I tried refreshing, logging out and back in, even switching browsers once because I thought maybe it was my laptop being weird, but it barely helped. It just makes it hard to tell where I actually am, which is annoying when I’m already trying to keep track of a million study details. For how much Becker costs, this really shouldn’t be an issue.

I signed up for Becker mainly because the pass guarantee made it sound like I’d have some real backup if things didn’t go my way. But when I actually tried to use it, the whole process felt way more difficult than it should have. There were a bunch of little rules and requirements that weren’t very obvious to me at first, and the tone from support didn’t feel especially helpful or reassuring. Responses were slow and kind of vague, so I just felt like I was being pushed around instead of helped. For the amount I paid, I expected a much smoother experience...

I tried using the study planner on becker.com, but it just didn’t work well for me. It felt way too rigid, and once I got behind, adjusting everything was more annoying than helpful. I also got frustrated waiting for things to load or update when I was already trying to catch up. In the end, I just made my own schedule, so the planner didn’t end up being very useful

"Support moves at “snail speed”"
I tried getting help from support, but wow, the waiting game was unreal. It felt like I’d been handed over to the official “we’ll get back to you someday” crew. When someone finally replied, it was super rushed and didn’t actually solve my problem. Annoying when you’re paying for the service and still have to chase basic help.

I signed up for becker.com because it made it seem like I’d be able to work it around my job, but that was not my experience. It sounded flexible in theory, but once I actually started using it, it felt way more rigid than advertised.
The schedule was unforgiving, and if I missed even one day because of work or just being exhausted, catching up became a pain. I kept feeling like I was already behind, even though I was trying to stay on top of it.
For what it costs, I expected something that fit better with real life, especially for people who are working full-time. Maybe it’s fine if you have a wide-open schedule, but the whole “study on your own time” promise didn’t really match reality for me.

"Easy payment, receipt was a little slow"
Payment went through without any issues, but the receipt took a little while to show up. I’m guessing their system was just catching up or maybe things were a bit busy on their end. Not a big deal overall

"Canceling felt harder than it needed to be"
I tried to cancel and get a refund, i’m still not totally sure why it had to be such a hassle. The process was kind of confusing and took longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, but their first response wasn’t super clear, so there ended up being more back and forth than I thought was necessary. It did get sorted in the end, but for a simple request, it felt like a lot.

"Becker videos could use some work"
I’ve been going through the Becker videos, and they’re kind of tough to sit through. The audio jumps around sometimes, and a few of the lectures feel a bit outdated, like they haven’t been refreshed in a while. For what it costs, I was expecting the explanations to be clearer and more polished, but... yeah, it just hasn’t really felt that way.

"Didn’t feel that close to my actual exam"
I used Becker for most of my studying, so I really expected the practice questions to feel more like the real exam. Some areas were drilled over and over, but when I sat for the actual test, the wording and focus felt different. It threw me off more than I expected.
The lectures and practice materials were fine overall, but for the price, I thought the exam alignment would be stronger. I also got really frustrated with all the waiting around before and after the exam, especially after already feeling unsure about how prepared I was. I had passed some practice tests, but on exam day I still felt kind of unready

I was hoping Becker would help me feel more confident, but it kind of did the opposite. There were so many steps to get through that I ended up feeling frustrated and unmotivated. Instead of things clicking, I just felt more confused and overwhelmed

I signed up and got stuck almost immediately. The onboarding just felt kind of all over the place, like there were a bunch of steps but not much explaining what I was supposed to do next, so I kept clicking around and second-guessing myself. I ended up contacting support, but it took longer than I expected to hear back, and by that point I was already frustrated and feeling lost. Just wasn’t a great first impression for me.

Umm, the content just felt kind of outdated to me, and some of the explanations were messy. I had a hard time following along in a few places.

I don’t know, I just walked away feeling disappointed. For what I paid, it really felt like I got almost nothing back. Maybe I expected more, but it definitely didn’t seem worth the money to me.

The textbook pages felt thin, and a few of the explanations were just confusing to follow. For the price, I expected the quality to be better.

I found the platform frustrating to get around. The menus aren’t very clear, some pages loaded weirdly, and I ended up spending more time trying to find things than actually studying. It’s definitely not what I was expecting...

"Mock exams were kind of underwhelming"
I mostly used becker.com for the mock exams, they didn’t feel all that similar to the actual exam. A few questions were helpful, but a bunch seemed too easy or just worded in a weird way that didn’t really match what I saw on test day. I remember sitting at my kitchen table with coffee going cold, thinking I was in better shape than I actually was. I still ended up using other study materials to feel more prepared. It’s not totally useless, but for the price, I expected it to be a lot more accurate.

The site keeps acting up for me. Pages take forever to load, and sometimes I just get an error when I’m trying to access my stuff. It’s really frustrating, especially because it kind of feels like my problem is being brushed off instead of actually fixed...

I also got transferred around when I tried to get help, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I expected clearer support and explanations for what I was paying for.
